.How to Order

Orders shall be accepted at our sole discretion but will normally be accepted if the goods that you order are available and your credit card is authorised for the transaction. We will contact you if there are any problems with these issues.

We do try to ensure that pictures of the goods on our website are accurate. However, there may be slight variations in colour and texture between the pictures and the goods themselves.

.Price and Payment

The prices are clearly indicated on the Site and must be retained, unless otherwise indicated, by unit of Product. The price of the Product is the one published on the Site at the time of your order and upon confirmation of it it will become the final price applied. Any other additional expenses, such as shipping costs, product or packaging customization costs, taxes and any other accessory costs will be promptly reported during the order and counted separately, in addition to the price of the Product itself, highlighting lastly the total cost of the sale.

The prices on the site are published for everyone, and included United Kingdom VAT. If you are purchasing from outside the United Kingdom we will take care of taxes and duty at the same price. Shipping is an additional flat rate cost added at the point of checkout.

The payment of the price of the purchased Products is due at the time of the order, in the manner indicated on the Site, with the payments method chosen at the time of purchase. We will not ship the product unless the payment is received in full. All transactions are taken in pounds sterling (£). If your credit card is in any other currency, the rate of exchange will be that of your card issuer and you may be charged an international fee by them.

.Acceptance of your order

We will send you an e-mail confirmation receipt of your order. The contract between us (Stivaleria Cavallin) and you (the customer) becomes binding when we send you an invoice (with your goods).

Your card will be charged automatically when you place your order. If for any reason we are unable to fulfill your order, a full refund will be given.

.Delivery

Orders may be fulfilled directly from our Italian factory. If the goods ordered are in stock we will ship the following day. If the goods ordered are out of stock then we will ship the goods within 4 weeks of the order being placed. The customer will be informed of this during time of sale at checkout.

All delivery dates that we give are only for your guidance and apply to working days only (excluding Bank Holidays). We will not be responsible if your order is delivered late.

Your order will be delivered by either of our shipping partners; DHL or Olympex Global, and will be sent from either the UK or Italy.

.Cancellation policy

Please return your items to the store or alternatively you may post your return to the store. If this is the case please contact us prior to sending the goods.

The cost of return and care of the goods are your responsibility until they reach us, therefore we recommend for security purposes, that you insure the parcel for the value of the goods and retain your Proof of Postage Receipt. Please be sure to include your original receipt so that we are able to identify your order and process your return.

Consumer Cancellation Rights 2013. This legislation offers you the following cancellation rights when you purchase goods online or by phone.
Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations 2013, you are entitled to cancel your contract for a full refund no longer than 14 days after the day on which you receive your Stivaleria Cavallin goods.
Your right to return or cancel products does not apply to goods that have been made to order or and that have been clearly personalised or have not been reasonably cared for whilst in your possession.

The reimbursement will be credited without undue delay to the purchaser’s original payment method within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods.

.Faulty returns

We thoroughly inspect all our products before shipping to ensure the highest possible standards, but if for some reason the product you have received is damaged or has a clear manufacturing fault, please contact us immediately.

Please take extra care when trying on your boots, only walking on soft or carpeted surfaces to prevent damage to the sole and heel, and soles that are marked may not be returned or exchanged.

Any item(s) returned as ‘Faulty’ will be inspected by our Technician and any item(s) that are returned damaged as a result of wear and tear will not be considered as faulty and will be returned back to the customer. (Examples of wear and tear are item(s) that are returned marked or with any stains.)

If you would like to exchange your item, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability. You will receive a full refund if the item cannot be replaced including delivery costs if the return is considered a manufacturing fault.

Please contact us if you have experienced a manufacturing fault with one of our products to discuss your options prior to returning the item(s).

1) Registration on Stivaleria Cavallin: In the case that you decide to register on the website www.stivaleriacavallin.com, only after your express and specific consent, personal data will be processed by the Data Controller for the purpose of registration on www.stivaleriacavallin.com. In particular, in providing your name, last name, email address and the setting of an access password, these will be processed for the creation of your personal account, to speed up the purchase process, to allow you to view the status of orders and receive updates on purchases made, as well as change personal settings and update your account, view the history of returns and requests for the exchange of goods, save favorite items in your Wishlist.

2) Online shopping activities: The personal data you provide will be used for the establishment, management, execution and/or conclusion of the online sales contract. The data you provide will be processed by the Data Controller for the purpose of managing the purchase order with reference to, for example, payment, shipment, management of returns, customer support, administrative and accounting purposes related to the management of the order and the fulfillment of obligations under the current legislation. In case of payment by credit card, the fundamental information for the execution of the transaction (credit/debit card number, expiration date, security code) will be processed by Stripe Payments or PayPal or, possibly, by companies in charge of the anti-fraud control using an encrypted protocol and without any third parties being able to access it in any way. This information will never be displayed or stored by the seller Luxita Limted.

3) Profiling of the physical person: Only after your express and explicit consent, the personal data you provided may be processed by the Data Controller for profiling activities, or analysis of your preferences aimed at creating personalized content and offers.

Changes to this Policy – The data controller reserves the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy at any time by giving notice to users on the website www.stivaleriacavallin.com. Therefore, please consult this page often, referring to the date of last modification indicated at the bottom of the policy. .Liability

If you have a valid claim in respect of any of the goods which is based on any defect in the quality or condition of the goods or their failure to meet specification in accordance with these terms, we shall be entitled to replace the goods (or the faulty part in question) free of charge or, at our sole discretion, refund to you the price of the goods (or a proportionate part of the price). We shall not be liable to you in connection with this agreement in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise for any loss of profit, anticipated savings or data (in each case whether direct or indirect) or any indirect loss.

Our aggregate liability to you in connection with this agreement shall not exceed the value of the goods ordered by you.
